Walk in undecided — leave with a 3D smile preview from our Open Day

What Happens on Open Day

The structure is simple. You book a slot, come to the clinic, and receive three things that you'd normally get as part of a paid consultation:

A clinical assessment with Dr. Siju.

I examine your teeth, bite, and jaw – not a quick glance, but a proper orthodontic evaluation. I'll tell you what I see, what treatment would involve, and whether Invisalign is the right option for your specific case. If braces would be a better choice, or if your teeth are fine as they are, I'll tell you that too.

An iTero 3D digital scan.

This is the technology that makes modern Invisalign possible – a handheld scanner that creates an exact digital replica of your teeth in minutes. No putty impressions, no gagging, no mess. The scan takes about five minutes and produces a model accurate to fractions of a millimetre.

A smile simulation.

Using the digital scan, I can show you a projected outcome – what your teeth could look like after Invisalign treatment. You see your own teeth, moving from their current position to a straighter alignment, rendered in 3D on screen.

This simulation is not a commitment. It's information. Many patients tell me it's the moment that made the decision real – seeing their potential smile rather than just imagining it.

What It Costs

The clinical assessment, iTero scan, and smile simulation on Open Day are complimentary. There is no consultation fee and no obligation to proceed with treatment.

You walk in, get assessed, see your simulation, ask your questions, and walk out. If you decide to start treatment – great, we'll discuss that. If you decide to think about it – that's perfectly fine. If you decide it's not for you – no problem at all.

Open Day exists because I believe the biggest barrier to orthodontic treatment isn't cost or complexity. It's uncertainty. Patients who've been thinking about treatment for months or years often just need to see what's possible before they can make a decision. Open Day removes that barrier.

Who Should Come

Adults who've been thinking about it for a while. You've been bothered by your teeth for years but never felt it was the right time. You've searched online, compared options, maybe even looked at DIY aligner kits (please don't). Open Day is the low-pressure next step: real assessment, real simulation, no commitment.

Parents with children aged 7+. If your child has crowding, an emerging bite problem, or you've been told by their dentist to "wait and see" – an Open Day assessment can give you clarity. I see many children on Open Days and reassure parents that everything is fine, or identify early issues worth monitoring.

Patients who want a second opinion. If you've had a consultation elsewhere and you're not sure about the diagnosis, the treatment plan, or the recommendation for extractions or surgery – come in during Open Day. A fresh assessment doesn't cost anything, and it may confirm what you've been told or offer a different perspective.

Teens negotiating with their parents. Open Day is a great way to resolve the "braces vs Invisalign" conversation. The teen sees the simulation, the parent sees the clinical assessment, and both leave with enough information to make a decision together.

Anyone curious but not ready. You don't have to be ready to start treatment to attend Open Day. You just have to be curious enough to show up.

How Open Day Differs from a Regular Consultation

A standard Invisalign consultation at Wassan includes the clinical assessment and digital scan, with a detailed ClinCheck treatment plan developed afterward. There is a consultation fee.

Open Day offers the assessment and an initial smile simulation at no charge – giving you a preview of what's possible. If you decide to proceed, the full ClinCheck treatment plan is then developed as part of the treatment process.

Think of Open Day as the first chapter. It gives you enough to know whether this is a story you want to continue reading.

What People Ask at Open Day

"How long will my treatment take?"

I can give you an estimate based on the initial assessment – typically somewhere between 6 and 24 months depending on complexity. The precise timeline is determined when the full ClinCheck plan is developed.

"How much will it cost?"

I can give you a cost range based on the complexity of your case. At Wassan, Invisalign ranges from approximately OMR 1,500 for simple cases to OMR 3,500+ for comprehensive treatment. Open Day is also when we discuss installment plans and insurance options.

"Will I need extractions?"

This is one of the questions I'm most passionate about answering, because my philosophy is to avoid extractions wherever possible. I'll assess your specific case and tell you honestly whether a non-extraction approach is feasible.

"Can my case be treated with Invisalign?"

Most cases can. But if yours can't – or if braces would give you a meaningfully better result – I'll tell you. Open Day is about honest assessment, not about selling Invisalign.

When Is the Next Open Day?

Wassan holds Invisalign Open Days and Smile Fest events periodically throughout the year, often timed around school holidays and seasonal periods when families have more flexibility to attend.

The best way to find out about upcoming events is to follow Wassan Dental Centre on Instagram (@wassandental) or WhatsApp us directly. We announce Open Day dates in advance, and spots tend to fill up – so booking early is recommended.

How to Book

WhatsApp "OPEN DAY" to +968 9800 7799. Our team will let you know the next available date and reserve your slot.

If the next Open Day is weeks away and you'd rather not wait, you can always book a standard consultation – the process is the same, just without the complimentary fee waiver.

Either way, the first step is showing up. Everything after that is just a conversation.
